I have the Suunto T6c and use Suuntos software, Training Manager. When i chek my training for the last month(or weak) can you see somewere how much of the time the HR is on a specific part( example. 120-140)? If it´s so, were?

If you can´t on this software, does suunto(someone else) got any other softwere were you can see this? when you check your training, you can put the different HR areas, but can you see it on the last week or month?

Please help.

Edit your user settings so that the HR Zones are defined how you want them to be reported on.
Select the training sessions you want to examine.
File -> Summary Preview

There's a break-down and pie-chart of how long you spent in each zone in the bottom left of the report that's generated

Intructions for Summary Preview Function:

- Open training manager
- Highlight one the log entries you wish to see in the left pane
- Use CTRL+click or SHIFT+click to select multiple log entries
- Click File/Summary Preview - (this only works with mutiple selections

A new window will appear with a summary of:

- duration
- AvgHR
- Avg HR% of Max
- Avg. Training Effect
- Time in zones bar chart for each log selected
- Time in zones pie chart for cumulative durations

That should work for you.

Hi - if I understand you correctly you just need to use SHIFT+click to select all the log entries from one month or an entire year.  I personally use different folders to store each month/year's worth of log files.  That way they are easy to locate and select together.

No I don't think there are any preview options based on the calendar view.  The option greys out when you try to use it.

You can export/import or download each log twice.  Once to a general folder than contains all your logs, and a second time to the folder structure where you actually want it to be.

You maintain two copies, but that allows you to select any logs you want from a single folder.

But in the calender, isn´t there then 2 times to much training? not a problem, but It takes much longer If you need to load them twice. Thank you, I will test it.
