During set-up DM 3 will not provide any Com Port (or other) choices from the drop down menu. I have tried installing on an older W98 notebook and using the Com plug and also a Belkin Com to USB on an newer Vista. No luck.
 
The Cobra used to work on one of my note books. How do I select the Com Port?

I had to go into the control panel and find the system icon.  I then go into the hardware tab.  Click on the device manager tab and find the USB drive you need, it should tell you which one the suunto cable is connected to.  I then had to go into the DM and tell the program to look at the correct USB port.

It shows Comm 4 but there is not choice of ports in the drop-down menu and it cannot be added manually.
