I thought maybe i had this problem licked when i replaced both the belt and wristtop batteries, but lo, less than 4 weeks later the problem returns.
It seems that around 30 minutes and/or the 400-600 calorie mark, my t3c's calorie counter begins to lag way behind. For example, today I had been averaging around 15-17 kcal a minute when it got to 601 kcal and went down to 1-2 kcal a minute. This is while I was exercising at 88% of my max.
I'm a man, 31 years old, 161lbs, and between bike commuting and the gym i exercise with the belt on around 15 hours a week.
I searched around, but was only able to find one other person with a similar problem, and the only advice he got was, "it's a faulty unit"

.
Anyone with better, sage advice?
Between this, the arcylic crystal (pretty sure i can scratch it with my mind alone), and a sensor belt that's falling apart (becoming frayed near the retainer, it's fine near the sensors and transmitter), I am aghast at Suunto's lack of quality.
"Designed in Finland" doesn't mean dick when it's followed up with, "Made in China".
