Today I did the same runs like on 24th of July - nearly perfect with both t6c's but the red arrow on did three peeks (each just for about 10 seconds ... I used the 2s-rate for recording). Not so bad but I don't hope it will start again the bad altitude sampling... try to get the next investigation on weekend...

I do not have a T6c but have a T6 and it works for me. You might check by moving the browser window around. I use the latest version of Safari and if the browser is up and running, it can cover the moveslink window where moveslink asks for username and password. If it does not recognize the watch just quit and restart moveslink. The battery is the first thing to check.  I would get a new battery and see if that is the problem, they are the cheapest and easiest to figure out.  It also could be flooded but you won't know that until you open the battery compartment.  If you bought it new and it's found to be flooded, that will be covered under warrantee since hopefully you didn't open it before the dive.

Why do you think it's not the battery?  For one thing you don't know how long the place you bought it from had it or the supplier.  The battery also could have had a defect which didn't show up until it was drained a little bit.  Change the battery and see what happens.  The worst is you have a spare battery for the future.

Dear all,
 
Just bought a Zoop divecom about two week ago and looked forward trying it on our dive trip over the weekend. Not a success! 15 min into the first dive the divecom made a long beeping sound and died! Have not been able to get life into the computer since!..
 
Any suggestions? Should not be battery since the com is new, but what else can it be?
 
Any replies and help appreciated.
 
PS. The also new D9 worked to perfection, so we did have a good diving weekend at Sipadan despite the Zoop problems :-)

HR only: 70hr @ 2s or 250hr @ 10s
HR & speed: 23hr @ 2s or 117hr @ 10s
HR & speed & EPOC: 14hr @ 2s or 70hr @ 10s
HR & speed & R-R with an avg HR of 120bpm: 10hr @ 2s or 15hr @ 10s
HR & speed & R-R with an avg HR of 150bpm: 9hr @ 2s or 12hr @ 10s

Obviously your EPOC plot on STraM will be more accurate and granular if you're storing R-R, but letting the watch calculate & log EPOC and discard the R-R information sure uses a lot less space when logging at a rate of once every 10 seconds!

Even if you don't log EPOC, your watch will still calculate the EPOC and store the peak value with the log, regardless of wether you're logging EPOC.
